I've taken a lot of time and reading a lot into KETO. Carbs have been creating havoc with my stomach. I've been in ketosis for 3 weeks straight now and I have to say I feel fantastic. No more hunger cravings, no more sugar cravings. I feel good while training. If anyone would like to get into KETO dont just google and open the first article. There is a guy on Youtube Thomas Delauer and he gives a lot of info on this subject. Keto is not just about high fat low carbs.

Ive been keto for almost two years. I used to have cheat days and then realised i dont even need them. Its been about 4 months with no cheat days now. I recently went for a medical. Im in perfect health😁

Not in perfect health yet, but going fast. I di intermittent fasting every sunday and monday,and must say it helps a lot. Or at least twice a week.

I love keto! Best lifestyle for me

So I wandered off the Keto lifestyle for about 2 months. To be honest I got back not so much for the weight loss but more for how it makes me feel and to take away inflammation. When in ketosis, I don’t have sore or sensitive ankles , my calves and feet aren’t swollen. For that reason alone (although the fat loss is a wonderful side effect 😊) I believe in and would recommend the Keto lifestyle.

Gqibelo I train a lot of heavy weights so inflamation in joints is a big thing for me, although Keto dont completely sort it out I do think it makes a difference as well.
