I am so happy right now! I have been wanting to start running again (used to in school) but I've been putting it off with one excuse after another. I got up today and it was snowing (of course) and so I piddled around here and done some housework, laundry, etc. I just up and decided that it was high time I quit putting it off and just do it! I got on my treadmill and ran for 7 minutes and then put my treadmill on its highest incline and walked as fast as I could without running for another 23 minutes while gradually lowering the incline. Then I walked slow for another 2 minutes. I feel really motivated! I want to try and make it a first thing in the morning routine. I can do it!!
