Don't get it I feel like I had gained weight in last few days so I was prepared to see that but I actually lost about a lb.. I'm finding out now,its hard for me to be around someone outside of my house who is not dieting.I tend to go off from my plans.I still watch what I eat butttt there is still a difference but I'm still losig just not as fast.I'm prepared for a long battle here.does not mean I will when all of my prepared goals.This is a fight but I'm winning so far.
