Thanks for your comment on my journal - it looks like we are both at the same spot; finding it hard to maintain where we want to be. Most people loose weight in the summer but I gain! For me there are more parties, more temptations, etc. And I bike but I don't attend any other kind of fitness classes. Basically I'm just "off schedule" but I'm ready to get back to more healthy eating and more regular exercise....starting Monday (one more weekend to live it up!)! Lets do it together and loose these extra pounds!

thanks CathyJo- needed the pep talk- I too have one last weekend- wedding and parties with the family- then kids start school on Monday- so I am with you- one last weekend then I will be focused- I am the same way about summer gain and winter loss- to busy in the summer to worry about it- and in the fall it is easier for me to work out when it is cooler :)
