Ended the day strong. Needing to get more fruits and veggies into my eating habits! But I got my steps in! Going to increase them this Sunday to 12,000 per day. I'm a bit stressed on that, as most days I find it hard to get in the 11,000! But if I'm going to get to 15,000 in needs to get done. Not sure if starting classes is going to be a help or a hindrance on my steps! Guess we'll see in a few weeks! I'll be working less hours once classes start, but I'll also be home less. So hopefully it will even out :D
