I need to stop feeling like a failure and stop sabotaging myself.

Amanda, not really sure where the sabotage is. But as for feeling like a failure, the only failure is not caring. You DO care. YOU have begun a change in your life that will impact not only you, but your family. YOUR example is so important to your kids. Starting down the road to better health is not a failure....it's an excellent example of what one should do when one sees or encounters a problem. Give yourself HUGE amounts of credit for embarking on this change that will reap benefits for YEARS!!!! Hang in there!

Thank you so much for that. I really needed the reminder. My sabotaging myself is usually in my mind, or at least that's where it begins. I feel like whatever I do it isn't enough. I am going to do this! Thanks for the words of encouragement they really mean alot!!
