09:55 p.m - just made it to my desk at work, this is dinner time for me so i'm about to eat my lean cuisine frozen dinner! i am so whooped....i did a weight lifting class today for an hour and (stacy) almost KILLED us...but it was all worth it! no pain no gain right? :) my nosey ass weighed myself AGAIN today and i gained a pound? i was 191.3 yesterday & 192.2 today...maybe it was all the water i drunk? i did kind of go over my 1500 calorie limit though... *shrug* who knows but i'm not weighing myself again until Monday when i actually start my diet.

Your muscles will retaing water after lifting. Drink even more water & I've heard a good whey protein shake will help your muscles "heal" faster & release that water. Otherwise, don't pay much attention to that gain. = )
