Rumptacular's Journal, 12 Aug 10

So I was Zumba-ing along fine using a DVD in my basement went BOOM out of nowhere a Daddy Longlegs spider drops about 3/4 inch infront of my face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It ruined my workout!!! So I went upstairs in my bed and did the Zumba Abs/buns/thighs DVD but omg I am still traumatized. Friggen spider!! I swear spiders love to drop on me!


In other news I am going grocery shopping tonight which is thrilling! I will be able to get some healthy-ish foods I can enjoy.

On the bright side, the occurrence almost certainly kept your heart rate high - nice choice in interval training! :-D

hahah I was using my computer to watch it... NICE PUN hahaha truly I did keep my heart rate up running around avoiding the spider trying to carry my heavy laptop, full body mirror, bottle of water, shoes, cell phone and computer charging cord all up the stairs while jumping around screaming hahaha. BLEHHH I was soo getting into it too! Shakin my thang (not a pleasant site, which is why I was in the basement!!) and feeling the beats.

Good job on continuing your workout! I personally don't like spiders especially when they surprise me. I was wondering, how do you like the Zumba DVD? I was thinking about getting one...

I love Zumba class the best, but the DVDs are nice too! I have a 4pk with beginner, advanced, "power" (which is like....idk the same as advanced), and abs buns n thighs, which is decent. I would buy it!

It gets me sweatyyy and it is weight-bearing which is good to build up bone density and it goes by quick and painless but still feels like a workout!
