Everyone’s gonna do it? Ugh. Peer pressure!! What’s crazy is my stomach is probably most problematic but my arms and thighs are most seen (well, arms more than thighs) so I’d probably start there. Bella, you crack me up. And you sound like my body double based on your description. 😉

Ha Princess - you def look better clothed than I do right now. Thanks to so much drastic weight loss & regain over and over (and over) I have had bat wings since my 20's and the ability to go braless ceased when I was about 15. There, you youngsters. Use me as your motivation slash horror story. Don't be like me. Take the weight off & keep it off.

It’s hard to consider it when I’m married. I don’t want to say.. who’s to impress? Like he’s unimportant... but I mean-he’s seen it and doesn’t seem too disgusted. 🤣😂 Why spend the money? But truth be told... you girls have me thinking. Ok. I won’t take over this post anymore. My apologies!

Princess - I kind of get what you're talking about and if he's happy and you can be comfortable without it, by all means, continue on. I WISH I could remember the show I saw recently where a woman was lamenting about feeling overweight (with an upcoming expectation of intimacy) and her friend assured her that never in the history of ever has a man rejected a naked, available woman regardless of weight.

But I know the discomfort of the extra hanging flesh and completely support Tata on her agenda if it makes her feel better and better about herself.

Good luck on your surgery. Haven't read all the posts. Batwings--knew someone who calls them Gramma Wings--I like that better. Often that is hereditary but triceps workouts can help or in general building up the muscles in your upper arms. No surgery for this old gramma--have had enough from injuries.

I'm right there with you Bella. I have the wingspan of a stealth fighter with the arms. Braless. What is that word? When mine popped out that was the end for braless days.
Princess, it is peer pressure! You HAVE to have it done. LOL I want to get the arms and legs done but I'm going with what insurance covers right now. I will have to pay for the other stuff out of pocket.
Jc..I'm freaking a bit. Originally, I was going to have it done in February but insurance approval expires after 90 days. Boss didn't want me to take off in Dec or Jan so here it is. I was going to work courage up in the mean time but now I'm Courage the Cowardly!

How long do they predict you'll be out with the surgery and recovery? It will certainly give you a nice excuse for taking it easy during the upcoming holidays. I wish I could remember others here who've had it. They seemed to come back with good reviews. Even better than some who've had the sleeve.

I'm so glad for you, tatauu22, and I hope the surgery goes well. You are having it done just in time to have a great start to the new year!

The surgery is 5 hours. Recovery is dependent on the person. I'm shooting to be back at work after 2 weeks. After that it's a matter of the swelling going all the way down. I hope to be back to exercising in 6 weeks.

That's a dream come true, getting rid of saggy skin.
I'm very happy for you, Tat.
You are in my prayers.
You have a good sense of humor.
I'm going to tell myself that joke tomorrow morning as, I make coffee
