I was at the doctors today. My weight there (at 2pm) is 180 - 4lb lighter than I am on my home scale. That is really positive, all my life I would be 5 - 10lb MORE when I went to the doctor. I am going to do lab work - so we will see how my cholesterol is doing.
I've noticed that I am not 'on the scale' as much anymore. I may check my weight daily, but it isn't as obsessive for me. I can go a few days with no weight loss and still feel comfortable.
