Happy NEW START! I had to do the same thing. It's disheartening, but after you've stayed back on track for a week or two, you'll start to feel really good!

today is a new day. just track your food. once you make it through one day, tell your self congratulations and plan for the next day. you will see the results, I promise.

Slow weight loss helps build good maintainable lifestyle habits. Making small changes to create a calorie deficit (replace high calorie drinks with low calorie ones, eat smaller portions, go for a walk after a meal...) over time will lead to a big change❣️ my weight went up and down when I was on/off a diet too but now it stabilized bc there is no dieting.

Most of us have done that, until we found a better WOE and committed to tracking what we eat.
