Not moving as fast as i would like, although i did jog a bit this morning. Guess I'll make it up by not eating. Glad when i can actually SEE results!!
74.2 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
