I wish I could feel comfortable eating 1200 calories a day but I just find it impossible lately!! I thought it'd be easy! I don't think I am killing myself like I have in my past but I know I need to go with my mom to the grocery store to help pick out healthy options that I can eat throughout the day. The only options here are unhealthy things like full fat cheese, chips, crackers, frozen waffles etc. Things that do not make me feel good to eat, so I just chose not to eat them instead. I would love to get more yogurt, oatmeal, wraps and veggies, whole wheat options and fruit. I am only 19 and live at home and I normally would buy myself whatever food I desire for healthy living but I have hit a very rough spot in the financial department and I just can't buy much food, especially not healthy foods :( I need to go to the public market this weekend but I again, don't have the money. But once I go shopping for groceries tomorrow night I will really be trying hard to maintain my calories per day at 1200. Also, I know I don't feel like exercising much in the high 80 degree humid as all get-out weather so I have been not motivated to eat a reasonable amount. I also get very uncomfortable cooking or eating when it is hot. I wish I had air conditioning. It is in the 80s and humid every day and I am still not used to it!! I can't wait for autumn!

Maybe ask your mom if you can borrow 20 in order to go to the public market. I would imagine if your mom is supporting your decision to lose weight she would be glad to help out.
