YAY! I am significantly down today. I know it was water though... but I don't feel "fatter".. so I believe I am just getting in the groove of normal fluctuations. I am going to the gym again today. I just felt so good after cycling for 30 minutes and sweating it out. :D Doing another low carby - low sodium day. Keep the protein up up up!
