One workout today. Didn't eat as healthy as I had planned to. Need to watch my intake better on the weekends, because I always end up gaining weight. I have a child's birthday party to go to (at Mr. Gatti's...kinda like Chuck E. Cheese), so I really need to be conscious of what I take in.

EVENING WORKOUT:
Treadmill (Burned 441 calories & 138 fat cals) for 43 minutes.

FOOD INTAKE:
Breakfast: homemade Huevos Rancheros
Lunch: McDonald's 10 piece Chicken McNugget Meal (BAD!!!!)
Dinner:
Snack: Pralines'n'Cream Ice Cream in Waffle Bowl and a piece of Symphony bar and Funyons.....UGH!
