Started working out every other day, and am more active in my daily routine. I cheated yesterday, but still lost a little weight. I must be getting to the OWL level. I am going to stay on induction for a while. At the moment, I am eating a lot of eggs, a little cheese, and steak. It seems to be working.
I haven't been losing a lot lately, but my water intake is down to about 1.5 liters.
