I need to find balance in my life. I'm finally doing well with my diet and exercise, but I've been letting everything else in my life slip. Why can't I do everything in my life well? It's always too much of this and not enough of that. I just spoke to my boyfriend and told him how tired and out of it I felt. So, he says, "Did you take your meds?" and I say "No". So, he says, "Did you take them yesterday?" and I say "No". Well, there's my problem. I have to clean my house. I have to make my doctor's appointments and just take care of everything that's important, so why can't I seem to do that? All I've really focused on this week is working out and counting calories. I'm very proud of myself for quitting smoking this week and working on my health, but I need to learn how to incorporate them into my everyday life.
