hey all, I am back after a long break! I was tired of stressing over everything I ate now I am tired of stressing over what the scale is saying! I am ready to refocus and start EFS today. I have been eating entirely too much crap lately even though I have been working out. I need to detox and get rid of the cravings for the bad stuff. I am ready but I think I need to hide my scale and bring it out once a week to avoid driving myself completely crazy. Wish me luck!
