I am with judygreg on this one. You can’t get too many veggies! Unless they are smothered in butter or cheese. LOL

That might be all the butternut squash and zucchini they can tolerate. :)
I know I'd be up the proverbial creek if the dietician I have actually insisted on me eating certain foods. I can't eat bananas or strawberries (both unrequited loves and apparently one cannot make a decent smoothie without them) and just the thought of avocado (yes, did try, Did. Not. Like.) makes my throat muscles clench and a large "erg" growl up from the back of my throat.

Smaller plate is what I use. It tricks the mind into thinking you have a big full plate. I'm sure there are reasons that only that amount was put on the plate.
