Hi it’s from jack monroe’s book, cooking on a bootstrap. It’s ‘creamy crabby pasta’...made with yoghurt lemon parsley and salmon paste! It’s very yummy 😋

Calories 649 but you can adjust your pasta to make it less calorific. I just love my pasta so I always split a 500g bag between 4 of us 😂

You probably all know this, but just in case! If you let cooked pasta go cold and then reheat it, it has less calories 😁 it does something to the structure of it. Great news for us pasta bake lovers... if you can bear to leave it alone to go cold!!!
