上午十一点多昨天剩的肉(鸡腿肉+爆炒羊肚)
中午2点上课,上课前吃了一个玉米,一些鸡米花
下午6点回去打算再做个抹茶布丁吃
中午烤了南瓜牛奶布丁蛋糕,明天当早饭和午饭主食吃。鸡米花是用烤箱烤的,无油,很好吃
今天练腿,俩月没好好练深蹲了,今天一直腿抖的厉害。上完课又练了20分钟腰腹,跑步机有氧半小时,再上一节拉伸课,今天的运动结束。
