It's Saturday--usually the most difficult day of the week for staying true to any program. But today is different...easier. I recorded all my measurements yesterday and rather than being scary, as one would think it would be, it was such a postive thing. It's the last time I'll see those numbers...I'm positive about that for once! Time to make up a grocery list. I hope everyone is having a great weekend.
