I have a question for those of you who do IF. I'm eating about 1800 calories a day and fast 5-6days a week. I'm trying to eat very little processed foods but not following a specific plan. Does anyone struggle to fit in your calories in the smaller eating window? I'm trying to do a metabolic reset after years of calorie restriction and am happy for the loss to be slow.

Upping healthy fats should get you to reach your daily calories easily. Avocados, eggs, olive oil, avocado and coconut oil. Clarified butter/ghee.
