Getting VERY frustrated, must have hit a plateau, just didnt think it would be this soon! Havent changed weight in 3 days, still drinking water and burning more than I eat, yet its not changing!!!! getting annoyed, beed swimming laps like crazy and doing alot of fast walking, no eating after 7 drinking water, and eating small snacks throughout the day! AHHHH!!!! I am trying to stick with it, I need to get past this!
