今天吃的卡路里没算
早餐:蛋黄酥、脱脂牛奶、蛋白粉坚果饼干
午餐:烩菜(玉米粒,鱼丸,蟹肉棒,白菜,胡萝卜,辣白菜)、芝士焗虾
上了一节拳击课,跑步机30分钟
练完饿了又吃了一个鸡蛋仔
今天的三餐结束,晚上回去如果饿了那就吃三片饼干好了
