Trying to decide if I should do fasted cardio this morning, which means I probably should.
97.7 kg Lost so far: 29.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.1 kg a Week

I think there is no problem as long as it is not overwhelming. It is healthy to walk and improve blood circulation.
