Ocd sama defisit kalori 😁 Aku makan 1200 kalori per harinya kadang lebih sih... Trus olahraga cuma libur sabtu aja.. Minimal 30 menit, dirumah aja pake dumbell 2 dan 5 kg, weekend cardio 😁
