Anyone know of a fool proof way to poach an egg? I just can't get it right.

YouTube videos. Sarah_day. I follow her on YouTube. Her last video shows how she makes the perfect poached egg.

I know this post is old but Iv managed to poach using microwave. So a bowl, 1/3cup water, 1tsp vinegar. 1min at 50% power, then in increments of 15sec full power until you happy. First time I did it I went a bit longer on the 2nd round and had a ‘pop’ in the microwave. I have done 30secs straight on the 2nd round and was happy too. Good luck.
