Oh dear, I really blew it last night with wine! Didn't eat any potato salad at the BBQ, stayed strictly to the meat and tomato but the wine - oh dear. I am feeling a bit sick of Atkins - haven't been recording my food over the last few days either. I am tired of not having fruit and bread. I admit it, I miss pasta.
Help me out here guys. I am feeling very weak willed right now.
