I ate til my hearts desire today- and only at 1400 hahah. dang!! I don't feel bad about it that still isn't a lot! Sure it wasn't a healthy day by any means but I really didn't miss out on anything, I wasn't hungry once! But it felt good to have a "day off", ate ice cream twice, cheetos once and a veggie burger! Of course I measured out the portion of Cheetos and ice cream to ensure I wasn't going overboard (who can stop at 13 cheetos unless you put the bag away once you portion them!!) Woot!
