Well I haven't been able to walk to much this week because of the rain and I feel it this morning! I feel like I've gained two pounds, but the scale will not have any attention from me until Monday. So I am going to walk this morning, it was hard to get motivated but I am dressed, sneakers on, just gonna grab the baby and go. I am not a morning person but I think that I will try to get back into walking atleast once a day then maybe try to do a morning and evening walk. Off I go, yesterday was rough besides for my food issues, I had a tension headache that hasn't completely vanished. I tried to take it easy yesterday hoping that would make it go away, but it didn't so today I am just going to work through it. I think some of it has to do with the fact that I haven't been doing any real exercise.
