Me thinks the kitchen scale is off...How could I possbile gained almost 10lbs in 2 weeks? I suppose it IS possible, but Ireally have been watching my intake. Iwas weighed at the doctor when I was 214, I am sure theirs is more accurate. No matter, it is still frustrating. I guess I will re-weigh with my "new"weight.
Just a little frustrated.

It is pretty much NOT possible to gain 10 pounds of fat in 2 weeks. I would guess it's a difference between the 2 scales. You definitely need to choose one and stick with it so you can track your progress. You can go back and edit your previous weigh ins if you would rather do that than enter the new number and have it look like a jump :) Also, I looked at your food diary (sorry to be nosy, but that's what buddies are for!) and I wonder, are you entering everything you eat? If so, you should be eating MORE not less. Just a guess because everyone is different, but I'd say 1200-1500 calories a day would be ideal for your weight. Of course this also depends on your activity level. Take heart, it takes some time to figure it out and get into the swing of things. Try to enter every single thing you eat. That will really help.

Thanks for being nosy, that is why it is there. True, some days I don't enter everything ( insert excuses here)and I know I need to. I am going to stick with the kitchen scale, at least this way it will be the same scale everytime. Thanks, I appreciate the input. I didn't mean to swear at everyone :)
