Wow... what a super busy day! The counselors used my office throughout the day to hold interviews for future students. I didn't get a chance to journal for the past few days... Been super busy with my business. I was able to get my audio levels right but my laptop fan is making so much noise. Today I ordered a cooling mat - so hoping it does the trick. My food has been ok just feeling sore (sciatic nerve) has been bothering me over the past few days. The client that I had needed help (lift her) and it didn't end well. So today I made a decision to cancel my client and select another client instead (more mobile). Decided to do stretching in the am/pm. Use ice and heat as well.
Sitting all day doesn't help but I've been getting up periodically. Throughout it all I am so grateful and feel so blessed.
