Sorte cottage cheese( paneer ) , chopped bell pepper , tomatoes , one cloves of chopped garlic, few fresh fenugreek leaves in an non stick pan for abt 2 mins ... add pinch of black salt and Italian herbs ... ready to eat ! ( no oil used )
