早上空腹做了半小时有氧,早餐3个鸡蛋白,1盒脱脂牛奶。
中午去回民街,吃了牛肉泡馍、凉菜、蜂蜜玫瑰凉糕、甜胚子奶茶,又买了8斤酥饼,红豆、绿豆、豌豆、黑豆、紫薯馅的
晚上再去练练肩,做半小时有氧
