I've lost 4 lbs in my first week and I'm loving it. I actually started induction on Thursday 7/30, but Fatsecret won't let me go back that far, so today actually marks 1 week that I've been on Atkins Induction. I'm looking forward to this. I feel so much better. Headaches from giving up soda have now completely gone away and I don't feel hungry.

This is the main reason why I chose Atkins. I hate being on a diet where I'm feeling hungry all the time. I have done Atkins before and have lost a ton of weight, unfortunately, I fell off the wagon, and gained most of it back. I'm back now and with more willpower than ever. I can do this!
