It's a beautiful day! It's amazing how fast your mind goes to the negative. I learned that I must work on conditioning my mind- having the right mind set every day! Having the right mental attitude - changes my world. Fight to stay positive and have faith. I'm still working on my lists that things that I want to accomplish and many are things multiple things require God's help. I forgot to share that even though I gained 0.6 pounds it's ok. I did begin strength training. I know I feel great and PLUS I paid off my CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel finally free :). So my next car I get - I will get it on my own and pay cash. God is good. Be still and know that he is GOD!!!
