It is so hot. I can easily drink 2 liters of water a day - but I think I should be drinking more. I am going swimming tonight. That will cool me off and give me some exercise.

It is hard to eat 3 meals a day - it is just too hot. I am just drinking more.
85.4 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
