I suspect that when I do not get enough sleep (like past 4 days)I get hungry. I think when this happens I am not really hungry. The fact is my body needs something and I think it needs/wants food when, in fact, it needs more sleep. Just a connection.
57.8 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
