斷食真的只是一種製造熱量赤字的手段
減肥還是要加上正規的飲食和運動
身邊的人聽到我斷食都以為我在節食或禁食
那是大大的不同啊...
每次第一句話都是回我說:
你胃會壞掉,你一定會復胖等等..
我都不知道要怎麼回....
因為我反而不會胃食道逆流了,
過敏也大幅改善....
真的要嘗試過的人才知道好處
而且習慣後真的不會餓啊...😓
