I haven't posted the last few weeks because i've been busy with exams. But I walk 3 miles to school every morning to incorporate some exercise into my busy day. I met my August 2kg goal and I've already met my September 2kg goal too :) Now I just have to make sure I maintain until the end of the month at the very least. My goal starting late July was to lose 10 kg (22 lbs) by the end of the year. I'm already at the halfway mark, I'm feeling so motivated!!! As soon as I lose another kilo i'll be seeing numbers I haven't seen in a long time. Feeling good :)
