Alright so here is my checklist of my challenge 30 minute walk= check 50 sit-ups=check 30 push-ups=check 8 eight ounches glasses of water=check Replace desserts with fruit=check The sit-ups were harder than I thought they would be, I was always great at sit-ups. The push-ups though were easier than I though they would be must be from carrying around my baby!
