Finally went grocery shopping today. Staples such as whole wheat pasta, tilapia, shrimp, eggs, eggplant, asparagus, some low fat yogurts, aunt millies whole wheat bread, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, oranges, green apples, peaches, frozen fruits, and fiber bars. nom nom nom. got some almond milk too, wal mart is finally carrying it, guess they saw a demand for it.

We hadnt gone shopping in almost two weeks, our cabinets were barren and we started eating out more. I wonder why it took me so long to just go do it? Laziness in every form possible. I hate shopping for food. But I needed toilet paper, so it was a good excuse. Oh yeah, if you are looking for a really good knife, go to the fishing section of wal mart to get one of those fillet knives. They are a miracle in the kitchen.

update, i hadnt had almond milk in 2 months, it is way too sweet, i find regular fat free milk to be tastier with my cereal, it doesnt overpower it. maybe ill use it for smoothies or something.

I doubt Walmart carries it but there is unsweetened almond milk. Might taste better if almond milk is what you're going for.
