So day two! I'm pretty happy that I didn't eat at work last night! I ate before I went it. I didn't even have any ice cream...which in this weather at work is my biggest downfall!
However, I didn't hit my steps yesterday and I don't want that to become a habit. So I need to make sure I start getting back in gear with that.
Again I am eating right before work in hopes that I won't want anything while I am there.
And according to the charts I'm not even eating my alloted 2,100 calories a day. Which I find crazy. But I have only been eating two meals. I need to get to three somehow!
