Hadnt had beef in about 2 weeks... maybe, cant remember lol. But definitely needed the red meet, feel so much better now. I always get super tired for no reason, and red meet always does the trick, or iron pills, but thats not satisfying XD

I have had anemia for years. Really makes me crave a burger, leafy greens and dark chocolate!

Amazing how our bodies let us know we need Iron. I'm literally the same way. Especially during pregnancy I crave red meats.
