Morning everyone!
I am starting my program of exercise and Fat Smashing tomorrow. I have been fairly good with my eating since I got back but not great so I am going to really apply myself. I am just over 159 and I want to FINALLY get down to 145. 14 pounds, I can do it:) I rwad a great artical about fiber and how taking in enough can help you feel fuller and lose weight. My goal is to also monitor how much I take in everyday and eat atleast 45 grams a day. I am pretty good about it right now but I need to do better. I also have to watch the water and get back into the habit of drink bunches.
i am still unsure whether I will do FS or EFS so I will have to do a little reading and decide which is the right fit for me. Have a great day everyone!

I am sure which ever program you choose you will do fine. You can get those last 14 pounds off, I know you can!

You will do great either way! You are such a great motivator! I went to the gym today and did the elliptical for 20 minutes...not a lot of time, but ti totally kicked my butt, so that tells me it is time1 Good luck with your goal, you will do just great!
