Had two glasses of wine each day for four days and gained 4lb...calories deficit was almost 800 each day. Go figure!
100.3 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don't get that either. If u keep ur calories under why does wine make u gain wait. But it does. Same thing happened to me.
