Well I'm back from my stay-cation. It was difficult at first to learn to relax since I'm so used to working--all the time. Plus it was nice to catch up on some sleep. I did have a few days of activity with my parents. Kya seemed so happy that we're back to our schedule. Since my PT schedule has not been consistent... I decided to focus all my energy on my business. I ate way too much sugar and fat which was nice but it backfired. Meaning I got the worse headache. In any event--I'm anxious to get back in the swing of things. For some reason. I feel a major change is coming my way- positive life changing. I always like to end on a positive quote.
