bheldstrong Thanks! I would say the key is to get down to your goal weight with a calorie deficit (with whatever woe you choose). You will look toned because there won’t be anything covering up your awesome muscles. I worked out during the weight loss process, but not super hard as to keep my appetite down a bit, and not injure myself. Now I do YouTube workout videos at home for all areas- upper body with weights, abs, glutes/legs/inner thigh, full body with weights. I try to hit all areas hard. Two days on, two days off. Looking forward to getting a gym membership soon hopefully 🤞🏻
