@아쥬겸댕이 평소에 1000이상은 먹습니다:) @summer1004 하루에 두끼를 드시면 점심에 일반식 든든하다? 요정도 드시고 저녁에 과일이나 샐러드 드시면1000정도 되는것같아요:)
